My only comment to the haters on how the kids make their announcement, Why Not. It is their 5 mins of fame and have fun with it. If any cared about where I went (no one did) I would have been over the top, more for the humor then anything, but really let them live it up.....Ok I am done

What are the odds that Zach Smith convinced Tyjon Lindsey to flip to Nebraska just to screw with Keith Williams and he ends up signing with Ohio State during his press conference?

I am old because when i was in school in the 70s, i would have been beaten up if i wore the outfit Guy Thomas wore today. Then again, Guy can probably wear whatever he wants. Glad to see some style come to the huskers. Welcome Guy the fashion guy.

Sorry Fargo about the over the top announcements comment. That was a joke. I am fine with a kid having fun... but a serious announcement tells you they are a serious player. I don't see guys like Peter or Wistrum doing a big show. Sipple is old... do you remember how Peter announced? I heard he opened a vein and signed in blood.

@FargoHusker: Recruiting has become an industry. Lots of folks trying to profit off these kids' decisions, and the process to reach those decisions. Yes, newspapers included.

I know there has been heavy emphasis on getting 5 WRs in this class, but is there any concern in not getting another RB besides Bradley? We have Ozigbo, Bryant, and Wilbon, but we saw last year that these guys can get banged up.

@Sip Yes it has and that is why kids do what they do. If no one cared or watched they would put out the videos ext. Us on this blog are as much to blame as them. That is why I have a hard time ripping them for going over the top IMO.
