We've had some high maintenance players before. They generally don't work out. I don't know Calvin and not saying he is one, but everyone's better off if he goes where he's comfortable.

If Lee is better than Goff then this could be a brief stay at Nebraska. I like his number choice.

I've heard (unreliable source) that Lee would have been recruited hard by a number of SEC teams if they had known he'd get 2 years of eligibility.

Disappointed that Calvin chose to go elsewhere, though the flipflopping during his recruitment was tiresome. I wish him well & good luck. He's going to a very wide receiver friendly system.

Scout has the Huskers as 25th total, but 17th in avg rating, which would be 4th in B1G (OSU, Mich, PSU)

Committing to 3 teams in 3 weeks...that is a red flag to me on someone's character. Hopefully Calvin will find peace and happiness, but something tells me that will be a challenge for him.

Calvin chose family over football....clearly he struggled but at least he made the decision for himself. A drive to Lincoln from SoCal is no joke...I've driven from VA to Omaha in one day and 1200 miles....that is no small feat. Just a little different going up to WA and staying in the same time zone.....time to see if any big gets come in from the West Coast.....
